5, the air pressure is controlled at 0.3-0.4 mpa (3-4 kg force/square meter). The pressure is too small, the paint solution is not encapsulated, the surface is pockmarked: the pressure is too large and the paint fog is too large, which wastes materials and affects health. 

6, the distance between the nozzle and the surface is generally 300-400 mm. Too close easy to flow too far paint fog uneven, easy to appear pitting, and nozzle far from the surface of the paint fog flying in the way caused waste. The specific size of the distance should be adjusted according to the type of paint, viscosity and pressure. Slow dry paint spraying distance can be far, fast dry spraying distance can be closer: viscosity can be closer, viscosity can be far away: when the air pressure is large, the distance can be far away, the pressure hour can be closer: the so-called close point far point refers to A small range of adjustment between 10 mm -50 mm, if more than this range, A is difficult to obtain the ideal paint film. 

7, the spray qiang can be moved up and down, left and right, so as to operate evenly at a speed of 10-12 meters/min, and the nozzle should be sprayed flat on the surface to minimize diagonal spraying. When spraying to both ends of the surface, the trigger hand of the spray gun should be quickly loosened to reduce the paint mist, because the two ends of the surface are often subjected to more than two times of spraying, which is easy to cause flow hanging. 

8, when spraying, the next one should press 1/3 or 1/4 of the last one, so that there will be no leakage phenomenon. When spraying quick-drying paint, it needs to be sprayed in sequence at one time.

 9. When spraying in an open place outdoors, pay attention to the wind direction (it is not appropriate to work in a strong wind, and the downwind direction is required to prevent the paint mist from being blown by the wind to the sprayed paint film causing an ugly granular surface. 

10, the order of spraying is: first difficult after easy, first inside after outside. First high and then low, first small area then large area. 

11, transportation, storage attention to antifreeze: the paint contains about 20-50% of water, water-containing paint, when the transport and storage temperature is lower than 0C, often will freeze. 

12, pay attention to anti-corrosion and anti-mildew, water-based paint, both water and xijun food, easy to be xijun pollution. Therefore, in order to prevent deterioration, anti-corrosion and anti-mildew agents should be added.
